The scope entailed a complete demolition of the existing structure with the design of a new contemporary home located in a Midtown Atlanta neighborhood. The project began as a renovation project with the client’s dream of incorporating more communal space to accommodate their large family, mother-in-law and frequent guests from the nearby college campus.

The floor plan includes offices and living areas on the first floor, bedrooms on the second floor, and guest rooms with viewing decks on the third floor. The accessory structure in the backyard includes a garage with a living area above.
