The scope included demolition of the existing house with construction of a new two-story residence with a basement as well as a perimeter fence design. The challenge was to implement the client’s wish for a Mediterranean villa style home which fit within the context of the Milton neighborhood. Attention was given to develop a design which compliments the natural surroundings of both the nearby agricultural and residential lots.

The final design provided increased privacy on the front elevation with expansive views at the rear elevation. The main floor includes a two-story foyer with a gym, kitchen, living and dining area along with a detached garage. Bedrooms and guest rooms are located on the second floor with a large balcony for rear yard access. Lastly the basement includes storage areas, office and guest suite.
