The scope encompassed the design of an accessory structure with a 2-car garage in the existing driveway surrounded by retaining walls and the addition of a studio above that ties into the existing backyard grading.  An important priority of the client was a visual connection between the driveway through the studio to the backyard. To accomplish this, attention was given to the relationship of site grade and the position of the new structure.
