Two retail shell buildings connected by a pedestrian walkway replace a shuttered restaurant on the prime retail frontage of Barrett Parkway in Kennesaw, GA.  The project entailed construction documents for both buildings as well as the design and documentation of one of the six tenant buildouts, Paradise Grills, which occupies roughly 5,900 square feet of retail space.
